About this constitution

The constitution of an incorporated association forms the structure within which the association operates.

This constitution is a modified version of the model constitution prepared by NSW Fair Trading, which covers the matters required by law. The modifications had been reviewed and endorsed by NEUAAA establishment working group on 18 June 2021.
